The CCA Exam validates that as a System Architect you know how to design and implement CPM for a multi-channel contact center. You know the key features of CPM and how best to deploy and extend CPM to meet your business objectives.
Prerequisite: Fast Track to PRPC and PRPC Bootcamp
Type of Exam: 50 question multiple choice exam
Length: 90 minutes
Passing Grade: 70%
The Certified Methodology Black Belt (CMBB) exam validates your understanding of Pegasystems methodology and DCO (Direct Capture of Objective) capabilities. In addition, black belts know how to use the Project Management (PMF) and Test Management (TMF) Frameworks.
Prerequisite: Fast Track to PRPC or Business Architect Essentials

Length: 90 minutes

The Certified System Architect (CS) exam validates that a System Architect has the fundamental skills necessary to participate in the design and construction of a PRPC application and can apply the necessary knowledge to ensure success.
Prerequisite: Fast Track to PegaRULES Process Commander and PegaRULES Process Commander Bootcamp

The Senior System Architect certification validates your ability to design and build an application for reusability across multiple lines of business and that you can contribute to the overall success of an implementation.
Prerequisite: Must be a Certified System Architect

The Certified Lead System Architect Exam tests your level of knowledge and competency in the essential concepts, tools, and methods required to demonstrate your technical understanding of how to design and implement PRPC based solutions. CLSA Certification will be achieved by your success in passing three components:
Parts I and II consist of Pearson Vue tests
Part I: 25 multiple choice questions (2 points each) — 30 minutes, passing grade 70%
Part II: 10 essay/short answer questions (5 points each) – 85 minutes, passing grade 70%
Part III: consists of building a PRPC application based on a given application scenario (5 consecutive days)
Parts II and III are submitted to Pegasystems Graders for review and final grade. In order to achieve CLSA status, you must pass all three parts (70/100 each).
