The Partner Delivery Success Manager supports a set of identified system integrators to drive partner delivery success, delivery best practices and technical skills and skills currency. The PDSM engages proactively on certain top Pega programs to support the partners in delivery. The PDSM evaluates the readiness of partner teams to deliver Pega solutions ahead of project kick-off while working strategically to ensure future health and success. They review and track partner registered projects and support “stay green” and “get to green” plans. He or she supports the integration of Pega delivery best practices into Partner’s methodology to improve delivery outcomes and help the Partner best leverage Pega technology. This person will work cross functionally with all members of our Partner, GTM and Consulting executive teams to ensure success.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Engage with partners at an opportunity level to ensure their readiness to deliver successful Pega solutions to our joint clients
- Proactively engage with partners in top Pega accounts to support delivery success
- Track partner project status and take appropriate action to support troubled projects
- Manage partner practice growth to achieve agreed upon targets across the assigned partner portfolio businesses
- Advise Partner Managers in the development of partner enablement and practice growth plans
- Collaborate with delivery leaders at a project level to coordinate just in time training for partner teams
- Influence the development of technical training materials to create partner require content
- Work with sales, consulting and alliance teams to understand partner capacity requirements across regions and industries
- Align Pega and partner delivery methodologies to drive delivery success and customer satisfaction
- Act as a conduit to improve partner access to technical enablement resources
- Engage with partners to leverage Pega’s University Academic and Authorized Training Partner programs
Who You Are:
You have exceptional communication skills and a strong executive presence. You are results-driven, an excellent presenter and a collaborative team player, willing to roll up their sleeves to help get work done. We want this person to be technical but possess the ability to be strategic in developing partner initiatives. This individual influences Pega’s enablement content creation agenda by providing input from Partners and their own opinion regarding gaps in the sales and delivery curriculum.
The PDSM develops subject matter expertise in one or more industries or horizontal product areas. Identifies and understands enablement gaps in those areas and influences content creation for assigned areas.
- BA/BS or Higher degree with 12+ years professional experience driving delivery success, partner engagements and overall partner health.
- Strong project delivery background with a preference on working with large system integrators supporting delivery initiatives in enterprise solutions (CRM, GenAI, workflow automation, decisioning, platform expertise preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal skills; presentation skills to leadership, sales, and technical audiences with an executive level presence and communication skills.
- CPSA certification within 6 months of joining Pega
What You've Accomplished:
You have successfully managed large delivery initiatives with system integrators and possess a strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, enterprise applications and matrixed organizations.
