This solution focuses on executing the risk assessment of a proposal and communicating the same to an underwriter. This helps in determining the risk associated with the proposal in terms of prospective claims. The solution also provides the capability of converting a proposal into a policy leveraging the Pega Underwriting framework. It can also support an insurer in evaluating claim authenticity by detecting the fraudulent data /documents submitted as part of the claim registration process, and thereby guiding the claim adjudicator to approve or disapprove. It uses a combination of CDH, OCR, AI driven photo analysis and GenAI in doing so.
