Pega Customer Service Overview
After this session you will be able to:
- Describe the key capabilities of Pega Customer Service
- Understand how Pega Customer Service can benefit both your Contact Center and customers wanting to engage across multiple channels
- Understand how the application leverages Pega Platform or other Pega Components (AI, Pega Work Force Intelligence, Pega Robotics, Pega Call, Pega Knowledge)
- Outline the new features of Pega Customer Service added in the Summer ’19 release (Pega Customer Service 8.3) and get a sense of key themes that Pega are working on for the Winter release (Pega Customer Service 8.4)
Session Structure:
- 2 hour morning session: 10am – 12pm
- Demonstration and discussion session
