Our commitment

As Pega has evolved its architecture, we wanted to take an approach that appreciated the importance of accessibility and could address the needs of different users. We believe that deferring the considerations of accessibility would lead to technical debt as well as unsatisfactory user experiences. Pega includes accessibility directly into the software development life cycle (SDLC) and this has advanced the conversations teams have as they create features. Bringing people with disabilities in-house to Pega also facilitates the conversation and makes these considerations a natural part of what we do. Now we have the ability to understand first-hand the impact of what we do on the experience for users with disabilities.
