Ida McKinley
Ida McKinley is Sr. Vice President, Office of CIO at General Motors Financial, the automotive captive for General Motors. She has over 22-years of experience working in information technology and finance organizations developing highly transformative and cost-effective solutions that enable continued growth.
Since joining GM Financial, Ida has led global technology teams in the delivery of structured approaches that align innovative technology and value creation to support the evolving model of the customer-centric captive industry. She has led numerous initiatives that enable the company to deliver solutions that will align with the future of the industry – simplified, digital, and convenient.
Ida holds an BBA and MBA and is a proud Baylor University graduate school alumnus. She also has PMP and ITIL certifications. She currently lives in Mansfield, TX where she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and 2 dogs.
Michael Cavitt
Mike Cavitt has spent 20+ years with Harley-Davidson in various leadership positions, most recently as the Vice President of Risk Management at HDFS responsible for credit and enterprise risk, and business intelligence. In this role, Mike is challenged with driving profitable portfolio growth, including leading the captive’s digital transformation.
One recent highlight was the launch of the H-D1 Marketplace, now the largest certified pre-owned and used H-D® motorcycle marketplace in the US. It is the first step in bringing to life H-D’s digital vision of revolutionizing the pre-owned purchase and sales experience for customers, driving more quality leads to H-D dealers, and ultimately growing H-D Dealer control of the pre-owned market which will lead to greater HDFS finance penetration.
Katie Johar
Katie Johar leads the US Automotive and Captive Finance practice for EY. Katie helps clients adopt modern strategies, technologies, and methods across all aspects of the transformation lifecycle, strategy to execution, to compete in a world where the forces of innovation are transforming financial services at an unprecedented rate. She focuses on innovating business models that result in transformational change, profitability, and growth for Automotive & Transportation OEMs, their dealer and distribution networks, as well as for their lending and F&I partners.
Over the course of her career in both industry and consulting, Katie has led multiple large-scale transformational initiatives at leading Captive and Automotive Finance companies across the country. She has extensive experience managing large-scale programs with diverse delivery models of global teams across multiple disciplines.
Baruch Sachs
Baruch Sachs helps global clients develop new ways of streamlining their operations, improving their customer experience, and creating real transformation – digital or otherwise. In his first job as a technical writer, Baruch found himself designing better and simpler UI just so that he could write less. Over the next 18 years, he developed a wide range of skills in what it means to innovate in the enterprise space and create real transformation.
Baruch has successfully led efforts to improve the customer experience across various industries. He built and currently leads the Client Innovation organization globally at Pega, which pushes for a sweeping transformation of how innovation can happen in the Enterprise space. As a hands-on leader and ultimately a consultant, Baruch has designed and guided dozens of large organizations on how to build an innovation culture and has seen firsthand the opportunities and challenges that come along with it. He still enjoys writing less, and designing more.
Steven P. Silver
Steven Silver brings more than 20 years of multi-industry success as a digital transformation leader, management consultant, industry business development executive, CxO advisor, and evangelist helping global enterprises challenge their orthodoxies in how they market, sell, service, connect, and engage with their customers, partners, employees, and products – especially in automotive and mobility, automotive finance, manufacturing, high-tech, and financial services sectors.
