Meet Our Team:

The Scaled Agile Services team in Krakow comprises passionate, energetic individuals focused on helping teams work effectively and efficiently. We act as facilitators, supporting two teams each (often within the same product area) and fostering collaboration across cultures and time zones. Our local Community of Practice enables us to share knowledge, support colleagues, and learn from one another, while our involvement in the global Community of Practice helps identify challenges and drive positive changes across Pega.

•    Assist development teams in improving their processes to meet product deliverables.

What You've Accomplished:

•    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree student in Business, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field,
•    Demonstrable communication skills, spoken and written, in both Polish and English,
•    Familiarity with and understanding of the basic concepts of Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework.
