Innovation Lead - AI & Collaboration

You will be part of the Client Innovation team.  We are responsible for three important go-to-market programs – IMPACT, Pega Catalyst^TM and Business Value. The team is comprised of professionals with backgrounds in technology, design and business.  Our primary focus is defining and creatively solving our client’s most complex challenges with the goal of business transformation in mind.  Our three-stage methodology starts with Immerse followed by AIdeate^TM and culminates with Materialize where we create a software-based solution to the problem.

When engaging with clients, you’ll partner with our team of highly skilled, passionate and genuine design, business and technology professionals. The goal of this team is to solve the client’s most compelling business problem using Pega’s technology.  Each of our client engagements are unique and important so you’ll be expected to lead at a high level consistently.

When working independently, you’ll be creating, testing and documenting new ways to lead groups and individuals through improved collaborative methods and exercises using AI and other technologies.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Lead teams through transformational change in complex enterprise environments with industry-leading automation technology and AI.
• Provide strategic thought leadership and practical coaching to the client, partners and your teammates.
• Orchestrate the combined effort of cross-functional teams to achieve business-transforming results. 

• Facilitate innovation strategies across the Client Innovation Service Portfolio.
• Proven experience and ability to leverage AI in designing, structuring and facilitating collaborative end-to-end innovation engagements.

• Lead teams to adopt generative AI and statistical AI techniques in real-world group collaboration settings.
• Apply generative AI and other AI techniques in real-world group collaboration settings.

• Create and deliver high quality deliverables with the help of AI across all phases of the sales and potentially services activities.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and change with clients.
• Ability to apply and balance critical thinking with creative problem-solving.

Who You Are:

• AI Educated - Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 10+ years of work experience
• Innovation and Change: Proven ability to lead innovation and inspire change with clients.
• Transformation leadership: Proficiency in leading innovation engagements with diverse stakeholder groups in complex enterprise environments.
• GenAI: Proficiency in applying GenAI prompt engineering to augment end-to-end innovation process (research, workshops, deliverables)
• Machine Learning: Proficiency in applying machine learning frameworks, modeling, training and generative models. 

What You've Accomplished:

• Innovation Facilitator: You’ve integrated AI and human-centred approaches into facilitated and collaborative innovation engagements to orchestrate people and drive better outcomes and decisions.
• Worked with Fortune 500 clients: You love consulting with clients to solve their most complex and important problems using technology while also considering the impact on people and processes.
• You’ve Applied AI:  You’ve cracked the code on interacting with LLMs and other AIs. You understand what AI can and cannot help a person or a team do and you can lead teams in applying this technology to make them perform better.
