Meet Our Team:

As a member of one of the most innovative and fastest growing groups at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe to build a highly scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. Team Invictus is part of outbound runtime tribe, and is responsible for designing and implementing features for 1:1 Customer Engagement alliance, on top of Pega Platform, which provides an “always on” brain for business, integrating customer intelligence across all channels and optimizing each individual interaction with customers brand. CDH ensures each touch is relevant for targeted user and generates value for customer. CDH provides Next-Best-Action recommendations in real-time, using the customer’s current context. Those recommendations are always relevant, timely, and consistent - regardless of whether the interaction happens on inbound, outbound, owned, or paid channels. This team mostly works on core CDH features including handling outbound and inbound channel related features in addition to other features. As a team high emphasis is given to architecture and designs while also enhancing application maturity.

Role would also call for customer exposure in terms of resolution to customer issues, remaining attentive and empathetic to customer experiences and helping to resolve them with the best possible ways. Role would call for achieving high quality deliverables, and thereby maintaining high level of application quality score. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • You will be working as part of collaborative team, surrounded by passionate, fun loving, talented engineers who work to deliver high quality features with very high efficiency. Be part of a dynamic and a fast-growing team delivering strategically important solutions for world class customers.
  • Active participation in conceptualization, end to end design and development of technical and functional requirements of features in Customer Decision Hub Product
  • Owning up and delivering on the committed development activities as per defined best practices without schedule variance and exhibiting the characteristics of understanding the customer needs instead of settling down for the documented requirements
  • Assisting in identification of enhancements to PRPC and development of use cases in order to request and prioritize those enhancements.
  • Staying on or ahead of schedule in assigned tasks and providing regular updates to leads on the project progress and outstanding work/issues.
  • Actively participating in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions - providing continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes
  • Actively contributing in innovations (finding solutions to the challenges in application development)

Who You Are:

You are an experienced technical professional with a strong commitment to customer success without compromising integrity. You are a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment who wants to focus on building, maintaining, and supporting next-generation solutions.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of applications on Pega
  • Certified senior system architect and also desire to learn BPM is a must
  • A result oriented individual, focused on delivering results not just activities, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Should be able to make strong recommendations and acts as a role model for the team
  • Experience in either analysis, design, or development of large or midscale java centric enterprise application systems (JSP, Servlets, Oracle/DB2 and MS SQL) or Experience with CDH (any version) and PRPC would be mandatory
  • Strong experience of Object-Oriented Programming. Additionally, experience in JavaScript, CSS and HTML are desired
  • Experience in Javascript, CSS, HTML is desired.
  • Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
