Meet Our Team:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Advisory Partner (TAP) to join our dynamic People team. The TAP will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement and organizational success by providing expert support in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, reporting & analytics.

What You'll Do at Pega:

 

  • Consult to business as a trusted HR advisor and develop and execute HR solutions that address critical organizational issues.
  • Gain understanding of business priorities and align HR solutions and programs to support business.
  • Build appropriate organizational relationships to enable a collaborative partnership with management, global colleagues and employees
  • Partner collaboratively to execute corporate initiatives and establish a performance management culture
  • Independently recommend and drive the process of warnings, terminations and disciplinary actions.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvements, build consensus on solutions and drive global roll-out
  • Support the job development of all new roles, ensuring universal job descriptions, career paths and management expectations
  • Remain updated on industry best practices; be a Pega thought leader and change agent

As the primary interface between the HR function and the lines-of-business, the HRBP will diagnose organizational issues and execute HR solutions to help address business challenges. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor on all HR related matters.

 

Who You Are:

  • You are an HR practitioner with a working knowledge of field disciplines including compensation, employee relations, performance management and organizational diagnosis. You are proactive and confident at addressing business challenges with informed and thoughtful solutions. Additionally, you are able to effectively partner with various personalities across multiple levels of the organization and influence decisions

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 6-12 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner &/or Sr. Generalist
  • Working knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources and related regulatory requirements; particularly employee relations
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, vlook-ups)
  • Must be well-versed at generating reports and interpreting data to help make informed business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to implement HR programs across multiple, global functions
  • Strong strategic thinking skills (problem and solution identification)
