In Q1 2015, Capgemini and Pegasystems commissioned research with an external, leading international research and analyst firm, Decode, which specialises in decoding the attitudes and behaviours of young people as consumers, employees, and citizens. In addition to this, Dr. Paul Redmond, an expert on generational theory was invited to input into the research and contribute to the analysis of the findings.

A sample of 1,000 UK adults aged 18 – 34 were surveyed on a range of questions about how they view personal finance.
