Head of Global Partner Ecosystem

Pega is seeking an exceptional executive leader to drive Pega's Global Partner Ecosystem transformation, evolving it from a capability-focused model to an integrated Go-to-Market powerhouse. This role will be instrumental in expanding partner engagement across field sales and delivery practices, leveraging AI/Blueprint technologies to accelerate partner success, and fostering deep strategic relationships with key ecosystem players.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Lead the evolution of Pega's partner ecosystem.
- Design partner engagement models.
- Develop strategies for Hyperscaler partnerships.
- Drive adoption of Pega’s GenAI via partners.
Partner Program Transformation
- Integrate partner field sales with Pega delivery practices.
- Monitor partner success metrics.
- Create frameworks for co-selling and opportunity co-creation.
Ecosystem Development & Management
- Evolve partner relationships to include GTM collaboration.
- Optimize partner management systems.
- Build strategic relationships with partner executives.
Operational Excellence
- Improve partner planning processes.
- Implement partner QBRs and governance frameworks.
- Manage partner investment funds and incentives.
Success Metrics and Key Deliverables
- Achieve partner-influenced revenue targets.
- Ensure partner resource enablement and certification.
- Execute legacy transformation opportunities.
- Implement Global elite accreditation.
- Optimize partner satisfaction and engagement metrics.

What You've Accomplished:
- 15+ years of experience in partner ecosystem management (including leading managers)
- Proven track record of transforming partner strategies and programs at a global enterprise software company
- Tenure working at a consulting/SI firm is expected (not solely a vendor background)
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales and delivery models and driving adoption across partner ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Global Systems Integrators and Hyperscalers
- Experience in developing and implementing partner enablement programs
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI and automation technology partner programs
- Knowledge of legacy system modernization and cloud transformation
- Background in management consulting or strategic alliance management
- Experience with partner-led sales models in enterprise software
- Global team leadership experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Understanding of Pega's technology and market positioning
