As a Consulting Manager, you'll spend approx. 75% of your time designing and implementing structured mentorship programs, creating specialized development tracks, and nurturing the next generation of Pega leaders. The remaining 25% of your focus will be on ensuring project delivery success through effective governance and delivery excellence.

Regular skill assessments and gap analysis are central to how our Consulting Managers drive continuous improvement. They create personalized learning and development roadmaps for each team member, facilitating peer learning and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote collaboration. Through mentoring partnerships between senior and junior members, our Consulting Managers encourage both individual growth and collective team success.

We believe in identifying and nurturing emerging leaders. Our Consulting Managers provide targeted leadership development programs, empowering team members to lead special initiatives and projects. Succession planning ensures that we are always prepared to fill key roles with capable leaders from within our team

They organize team-building activities that foster collaboration and trust, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported. Recognition programs celebrate outstanding contributions, while open platforms for innovation encourage creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What You've Accomplished:

You have a BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent work experience

You have 8-12 years of overall IT experience and 3-5 years in Managing People in a matrix type of IT Consulting organization

You have demonstrated success in project delivery leadership roles in client facing environments

You’ve successfully developed and implemented mentorship and growth programs that have advanced careers across all levels. Your focus on personalized development and skill assessments has consistently improved team capabilities and identified future leaders. You’ve built a culture of collaboration and innovation, driving team engagement through recognition, team building, and learning opportunities.

Your coaching and feedback have empowered individuals to set and achieve challenging goals, aligning them with the company’s long-term vision.

You’ve led teams through change, fostering adaptability and high performance while balancing business needs with team well-being.

You’ve been a key driver in building high-performing teams ready for the future
