Meet Our Team:

Pega’s Enablement & Effectiveness team is a dynamic and growing group chartered to drive Pega’s performance to support Pega’s growth objectives. As an AI Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building AI-based tools. You will be responsible for applying AI to create and develop content, training materials and workshop activities, which are all integral part of enablement programs across Pega.

As the AI Learning and Development Specialist, you will work closely with the Lead System Architects and IT team to drive and implement AI based content generation tools, which accelerate and improve the content creation process. Your role will include developing AI tools, collaborate cross functionally with business and IT and will contribute significantly in revolutionizing the overall learning experience at Pega. You will work in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment daily. 

 

What You'll Do at Pega:

Content & Curriculum Development
•    Create learning objectives, syllabi, lesson plans, course content in a variety of formats.
•    Collaborate with enablement, documentation, marketing, and product team members to identify content.
•    Identify the most relevant learning vehicle(s) that will drive high engagement and adoption of learning solutions.
•    Develop blended learning solutions that include session materials, exercises, instructor guides, and associated reinforcement and assessment vehicles.
•    Establish, maintain, and improve a library of enablement artifacts (Learning Objectives, Exercise Instructions, Facilitator materials, Guides, Slides, Videos, etc).
•    Work with SMEs across field, product, and methodology teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
•    Integrate GenAI insights to tailor curriculum development to emerging trends and learner needs.
•    Conduct reviews and proofreads of materials, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
•    Incorporate AI-powered editing tools to streamline the copy-editing process and enhance content quality
•    Test AI generated content for quality.
•    Provide ad-hoc support across a range of other enablement activities.


Technology Development
•    Design and develop new enablement platforms based on GenAI, Socratic learning tech, and other new technologies.
•    Partner with IT and other Enablement and Content teams to develop Knowledge Management and Content Management standards, processes, and systems.
•    Utilize GenAI tools to personalize learning experiences, automate content updates, and enhance interactive elements.
•    Leverage GenAI technology to drive increased productivity and innovation in content creation, curation, and testing.
•    Develop Gen AI prompts to create enablement components.
•    Integrate content authoring support tools into enablement creation systems. Design, build, test & maintain systems to automate the creation of enablement content.
•    Design, build, test & maintain systems to manage source content quality and lifecycles.
•    Design, build, test & maintain systems to automate delivery and activation of enablement content through multiple channels and modes.
•    Implement blended learning solutions with a variety of content types for source and output formats - text, images, video, audio.
•    User experience design for applications and content.
•    Develop processes for testing AI generated content for quality.
•    Collaborate with enablement team members to design and test solutions.
•    Develop integrations with content repositories and databases.

 

Who You Are:

You are a highly energetic and driven professional with a proven track record of successfully leveraging and utilizing GenAI tools to overall increase productivity and innovation, ideally in content creation.

 

What You've Accomplished:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
•    Exposure of Pega Technology - Pega System Architect Certification required 
•    2-3 years of experience in Technology Development / IT 
•    Knowledge & exposure to GenAI tools, to build agents, create and edit GenAI generated content 
•    Knowledge and exposure to Python 
•    Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills
