As a Senior Curriculum Developer focusing on Pega Customer Decision Hub™, you'll play a crucial role in enabling professionals to harness the power of AI-driven, real-time customer engagement. You'll craft learning experiences that help others master the art of delivering hyper-personalized customer experiences at scale. Your work will directly impact how organizations worldwide implement and utilize Pega's leading customer engagement solution.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Design and develop comprehensive curriculum for Pega Customer Decision Hub™, focusing on AI capabilities, predictive analytics, and next-best-action decisioning.
  • Create innovative learning content that bridges theory and practice, including hands-on exercises based on real-world scenarios.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content including interactive presentations, video tutorials, and practical exercises that demonstrate the power of next-best-action strategies and adaptive analytics.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure curriculum aligns with the latest product features and best practices.
  • Analyze student feedback and learning outcomes to continuously enhance content effectiveness.
  • Provide thought leadership in video-based learning and interactive content development.
  • Evaluate software features and provide valuable feedback to product teams to improve internal functions and usability.
  • Master the architecture and implementation aspects of Pega Customer Decision Hub™.
  • Drive continuous improvement in content development processes and methodologies.

Who You Are:

You're an innovative educator with a passion for technology and a talent for making complex concepts accessible. You bring:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and explain complex system interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating enterprise-level training content.
  • Passion for staying current with educational technology trends and learning methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI, machine learning, and decision management systems.
  • Ability to understand and articulate real-world business applications of technology.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging technical training content.
  • Experience with modern learning technologies and content development tools.
  • Familiarity with programming concepts and technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies or decision management systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Background in marketing technology or customer engagement solutions.
  • Experience with video production and multimedia content creation.
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning methodologies.
