An optimized methodology is the foundation upon which a project succeeds. Without it, higher effort is required and risk of failure dramatically increases. Without a methodology that integrates best practices of the Customer, Pega consulting, and potentially a business partner, project teams may suffer from inefficiencies causing rework which increases cost and time to value.

The Solution

The goal is to become as iterative and to leverage as many best practices as possible while satisfying the client’s Project Management Office (PMO) needs. The solution is to leverage the synergies and eliminate the gaps between the client’s current implementation methodology and Pega’s iterative or Scrum methodology. This will create the project execution foundation that all current and future Pega projects can follow for successful outcomes.
