Antonio Cuadros Sanchez
Antonio Cuadros Sanchez began his professional career at ING in 2003 as a Credit Risk Analyst, with the launch of the first financing product launched by ING Direct: the ORANGE Mortgage.
In March 2018, after the organizational transformation to Agile of ING Spain, he was appointed Director of Mortgages, and since July 2019 he occupies the position of Director of the new Mortgage process in ING, leading the creation of financing products, Mortgages and loans to consumption
During the 16 years of his professional career at ING, Antonio has held responsibilities in the area of Credit Risk, Financial Planning, Customer Intelligence and Product Products Manager.
Oscar Ladrón de Guevera
Oscar Ladrón de Guevara is Global O2C Process Excellence Director at Unilever. He has developed his professional career in Unilever and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector, occupying various positions in the Processes and Technology area at local, regional or global level, almost always focused on the Supply Chain and M&A areas. He is an enthusiast of process automation and the application of technology in all business areas.
Sandra Sotillo
Sandra is the founder and executive director of TrustMaker, a consultant that helps companies build trust with their stakeholders.
She is a doctor in communication and an expert in intangibles management. He has extensive experience in managing trust, reputation, CEO reputation and culture management projects for large companies, multinationals and IBEX 35.
She has been general director of Villafañe & Asociados, communication director of the SEK International Institution, and has worked in agencies such as Llorente & Cuenca, DRAFTFCB or DEC-BBDO.
She is a teacher in masters of different universities and business schools, jury of several awards specialized in communication and reputation. She collaborates as a speaker and lecturer in several business schools and institutions.
Don Schuerman
Don Schuerman is CTO Global and Senior Vice President of Product Marketing at Pegasystems, and responsible for the Pega Infinity platform and the Customer Engagement (CRM) strategic applications. He has 20 years of experience in delivering business software solutions for Fortune 500 organizations, with a robust vision in digital transformation, mobility, analysis, business process management, cloud and CRM.
Don has led enterprise software implementations and provided technology and architecture consulting to senior business and technology executives to many of the world's largest organizations, including American Express, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and BP. Don has a degree in Physics and Philosophy from Boston College.
Luis Garcia Velasco
Luis has more than 20 years of experience, the last 14 in Pegasystems, sharing stories with clients on how to achieve success and results thanks to the most innovative technologies and the best human teams. He has developed his professional career mainly in Software multinationals, and currently leads solutions consulting for Spain and Portugal.
