Customer Engagement Summit Healthcare 2019: Facets® Integrated Data Exchange (iDX)

Built on the Pega and Microservices Platform, iDX adapter aggregates Facets® data retrieved through Open Access, APls, and translates them in a way that can be readily consumed by Pega Customer Service™. Pre-configured business rules in the adapter maps most common data objects (Member 360, Provider 360, Claims 360, etc.) between the Facets® data model and the Pega Customer Service data model. Ongoing interoperability between Facets® and Pega reduces hassle for Facets® customers, by keeping the adapter compatible with the latest version of Facets® and Pega Customer Service.
