Pega's applications streamline critical business operations, seamlessly connecting enterprises with their customers in real time across multiple channels. Our multi-skilled team focuses on Offline Platform capabilities, enabling the use of applications without an internet connection and synchronizing data later. Working in the Offline Team involves a mix of technologies, including Java, Kotlin Multiplatform, Swift, JavaScript, Pega Platform features, and mobile development (Android and iOS). It requires a passion for learning new technologies and exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Deliver high-quality software by following recommended design patterns and programming best practices.
- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Understand and apply DevOps practices to assigned tasks.
- Develop basic automation scripts and unit test cases.
- Exhibit self-motivation and a proactive learning attitude.
- Explore new areas with enthusiasm.
- Adhere to Scrum practices.
Who You Are:
- Proactive in taking on tasks and exploring new opportunities.
- Able to demonstrate substantial academic/commercial/hobby projects.
- Fluent in English with very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Open to feedback with a positive attitude.
- Possess a strong understanding of software engineering concepts and practices.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
