Product Manager, Process and Task Mining

The Process Mining Alliance team focuses on revolutionizing how businesses understand, optimize, and automate processes. We build cutting-edge solutions on the non-Pega Platform application to deliver insights and drive efficiency for internal and external clients. Our team is responsible for blending intuitive user experiences with powerful process analytics, enabling our customers to make data-driven decisions effortlessly.

In this role, you’ll help define and deliver the next generation of process mining solutions, driving user-centric designs and shaping the product vision. What You'll Do at Pega:
- Lead UX discussions with designers, consuming stakeholder feedback to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure market needs are understood and delivered, managing the backlog and prioritizing epics and user stories.
- Drive product vision and strategy for process mining solutions, translating market needs into features and capabilities.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, goals, and assets, aligning them with business objectives.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, demonstrate product capabilities, and validate use cases.
- Create enablement materials and support go-to-market activities.
- Advocate for user experience excellence and data-driven decision-making.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, passionate about solving customer problems with intuitive and impactful solutions.
- Experienced in product management or UX roles, with a focus on user experience and agile methodologies.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving consensus and outcomes.
- Excellent communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of the Pega Platform is a significant advantage.
What You've Accomplished:
- 8-12 years of overall experience, including 2+ years in product management.
- Demonstrated success defining, launching and managing high-quality integrations and services for successful applications
- Understand and are opinionated on the integration technology landscape
- Hands-on development experience with cloud services and designing microservices
- Have an eye towards design and drive to find simple solutions to complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Hands-on front end development experience would be a plus
- Experience in managing remote development teams would be a bonus
