Meet Our Team:

The Marketing India is a cross-functionally integrated team that supports Go-To-Market teams globally. This role will be working in the Digital Marketing practice. The Digital Marketing India extends to capabilities of Contact Data Governance and Policy, SEO, SEM, Website Publishing, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, and Paid Media teams.

You will work cross-functionally with various departments and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure the marketing team's strategies and tactics are driving growth and impact.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Oversee data enrichment and acquisition efforts, including identifying and implementing appropriate tools and technologies to improve data quality and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain robust data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and touchpoints.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enrich contact data with additional information, such as demographic details, firmographics, and engagement metrics..
  • Set standards for database query processes. Provide regular reporting and analysis on contact data quality, performance metrics, and key trends to support well-informed decision-making.
  • Implement, oversee, and maintain data governance policies and procedures to protect data privacy and security.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes, automating tasks, and optimizing workflows.
  • Put monitoring tools in place to proactively address data quality issues
  • Provide insights on the quality of contacts and provide guidance to the go to market team to effectively use the data and boost efficiency

  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing contact workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement process improvements or automations to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

Who You Are:

You are comfortable using marketing technology and have experience or interest in email marketing platforms. You would enjoy behind-the-scenes work to improve marketing processes that make Pega more efficient and successful. You pay close attention to quality and deadlines, ensuring that work is completed correctly and on time. You are curious, service-oriented, and work well in virtual, in-person, and independent settings.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or Data science
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in data management, data governance or related field
  • Proven experience leading data management initiatives and teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, Data Profiling and data architecture
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python and Excel, Experience with data with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technology leaders
