Senior Manager of Solutions Consulting - Financial Services

As a Manager to Solutions Consulting team, you will collaborate and manage a team of Solutions Consultants while working cross functionally with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups to ensure the successful execution of sales strategy into our largest strategic Financial Services and Insurance accounts. Our solutions consultants are technically savvy, customer centric, and experts in leveraging Pega's AI-powered decisioning capabilities to transform financial institutions and insurance providers!

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Act as a Player/Coach! Help a team of 6-8 Solutions Consultants present, listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas and solve problems for financial services and insurance clients
- Partner with complex financial institutions and insurance providers to meet their strategic business goals by streamlining their critical operations to engage their customers across multiple channels using Pega's AI-powered customer engagement, workflow and legacy transformation solutions
- Prepare road maps focused on evaluating the current state and the transformation to the future state with Pega's cutting edge unified platform, highlighting how AI can accelerate digital transformation in banking, wealth management, and insurance operations
- Work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations that showcase Pega's AI capabilities for financial services use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims processing, fraud detection, and personalized customer journeys
- Cultivate your team of direct reports through coaching, goal-setting, and performance management, with a focus on developing expertise in financial services and insurance industry challenges
Who You Are:
- Passionate about people, technology, and the transformative potential of AI in financial services and insurance!
- You have technical and business experience in financial services or insurance, and love working directly with prospective clients in these industries
- You're a strategic thinker with experience and excitement for managing a driven, successful Solutions Consulting team focused on financial services and insurance markets
- You proactively develop relationships with prospects by understanding, anticipating and showcasing AI-powered solutions that meet the unique business needs of banks, wealth management firms, and insurance providers
- Eager to help transform the digital landscape of F/500 financial services and insurance clients through intelligent automation and AI-driven decisioning
What You've Accomplished:
- 3+ years managing presales teams with a successful track record working with enterprise financial services and insurance clients through enterprise-like sales engagements
- Experience advising and managing a team of Solutions Consultants with a focus on financial services and insurance industry solutions
- Deep technical acumen with strong preference for CRM, BPM, and AI experience in financial services contexts
- Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations that showcase how Pega's AI capabilities solve specific challenges in banking, wealth management, or insurance
- Provided thought leadership in technology with an emphasis on how AI is transforming financial services and insurance operations
