Pega Community Forum - BImA Success Story: Higher efficiency through low code (Presentation)

In order to implement an organization-wide digitalization roadmap, the Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is relying on the use of modern solutions. In the future, processes are to be optimized in the sense of the daily users. The tendered goal is to be able to react more flexibly to adaptation needs in the future with the help of a Pega-based low-code solution. In a first MLP (Minimal Loveable Product) "Construction Management Cockpit", a user-friendly & workflow-based digital product is currently being created for this purpose. In addition to the current process optimization by means of low code, employees from the departments are being trained as so-called "Citizen Developers" or department developers.
