Senior/Principal Training Developer

Become part of our growing Application Enablement team where you will partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams. We are growing our team which is a mix of experienced members who earlier worked in sales consulting, delivery consulting, product management and engineering. Our mix in skills makes it a very special team with a broad knowledge of Pega application and how they are implemented. If you are a QA Engineer, Consultant, Instructional Designer, Product Manager, or some other technical role we are waiting to hear from you.

In this position, you will write convincing business scenarios and design lab exercises using real world use cases. You will describe to someone not just how to do something but how to do it well. You will engage our learners with content that conveys concepts and processes in an impactful, engaging and memorable way.

What You'll Do at Pega:

•    Design and implement comprehensive enablement content to support Pega Customer Service ™. 
•    Create presentations, videos and exercises for Pega applications including AI (predictive & text analytics), chatbots, intelligent email bots, and much more.
•    Provide thought-leadership on the design and implementation of video based learning modules.
•    Evaluate Pega software products and provide feedback to product management to improve internal functions and usability.
•    Become well-versed in the architecture, design, and implementation features of Pega applications.
•    Identify and make recommendations for process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency and productivity of the application enablement team
 

Who You Are:

You are an intelligent, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills. You have proven experience in building and delivering learning content and the ability to organize and present a range of technical material to a variety of audiences.
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively.
•    Drive to understand real-life applicability (use cases) of the applications.
•    A passion to explain to others how a certain product feature works and what the best practices are.
•    A demonstrated dedication to considering things from the customer’s perspective.
•    Aptitude to learn fast and a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
•    You have ability to think creatively and strategically.
•    An avid focus on achieving outcomes with an excellent attention to detail.
•    First-rate time management and organization skills.
•    Familiarity with GenAI a plus.
•    Familiarity building applications in a programming language such as Java, .NET, C++, Python, Ruby, Smalltalk, or related object-oriented language a plus
 

What You've Accomplished:

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
•    Demonstrable ability to explain complex concepts and processes clearly and effectively.
•    Ability to organize and present a range of technical material to a variety of audiences.
•    Demonstrated ability to adapt work methods in response to changing priorities.
