Deepak brings 30+ years of experience in the enterprise software development industry.

Deepak is currently Vice President of platform Engineering and Site Managing Director at Pegasystems leading the core platform organization and the R&D center out of India.

More recently Deepak was Sr Vice President and Managing Director for NetApp India. While leading the world wide quality and manageability group, he was also responsible to build the new campus and lead NetApp India as one of the best places to work.

As a global leader in NetApp, Deepak was instrumental in defining the data fabric strategy and drive global transformation in projects across the company including a startup accelerator.

Deepak was senior director and general manager of the infrastructure management group at EMC India’s COE prior to it, Deepak spent 18 years in the United States working for various companies like i2 technologies, Adobe systems, LSI logic, Interactive Network, etc.

Deepak is on the board of IACC, Karnataka, Advisory board for Zinnov and advises several start ups.

Deepak holds a B.S in engineering from UVCE, Bangalore, MS.in Engineering from university of Texas and MBA from University of Phoenix.

He has been with Pega for around 14 years and prior to joining Pega, he spent more than 12+ years in the US working in various Engineering Leadership roles building world-class products for Fortune 500 companies as well as exciting start-ups.

Having devoted over 14 years of his career to Pega, he stands as a longstanding member of the company. Before becoming a part of the Pega team, he accumulated a wealth of experience during his extensive 12+ years in the United States. Within this period, he assumed multiple Engineering Leadership positions, overseeing the development of exceptional products for both Fortune 500 enterprises and captivating start-ups.

Dhawal Parekh is the Technology Director, Business CIO at BT Digital, and is responsible for IT simplification and transformation across BT’ Business unit.

In his current role, Dhawal is dedicated to building a single strategic IT stack for Business. His work covers microservices/APIs, product catalogues, and integrating network and supplier systems. He and his teams are responsible for all aspects of design and build for Business’ strategic open-source and SaaS applications, for all Business segments, ranging from Small and medium Businesses to large MNCs. Dhawal is also responsible for the Pega DPA COE for BT Group, that is helping optimize and transform complex E2E processes and deliver brilliant customer experiences.

Rajen joined Pega in May 2021 and brings unique experience from his previous roles at Oracle (18 Years), Microsoft (4 Years), and Blue Yonder (3 Years), where he was responsible for executive leadership management, mergers and acquisitions, sales, business development, sales consulting, partner channel enablement, and marketing.

With unwavering dedication to driving innovation, Rajen has also utilized his wealth of experience to assist a top tier development bank in ASEAN to build success in their venture capital business - a fund that now continues to invest in top-tier unicorn startups in developing countries across the region to support environmental impact initiatives.

Rajen is an avid supporter of driving team-oriented results through coaching and mentoring - to create a culture of high-performance teams. He has been an active mentor of various diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs since 2019 and has mentored women leaders to excel in their career development. In addition, Rajen supports the setup of Education Trust Fund dedicated to helping children and youths from less privileged backgrounds in Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

Rajen was born in Malaysia but has lived in Singapore with his wife and two children for the last 23 years. Rajen enjoys travelling with his family to warm-weather countries with spectacular beaches. He is a fan of field hockey and coached Community Youth Field Hockey Teams.

As the Senior Director in Verizon India's Consumer Group, Mangala spearheads the engineering division of marketing, the associated technologies, Pega and Adobe COE functions to enable growth, profitability and customer experience. Based out of Chennai, she leads a passionate engineering team of close to 400 global talents. The Verizon Pega Community of Practice recently won the 2024 PegaWorld iNsipre Impact Award for demonstrating a transformative journey with Pega in the Communication & Media industry.

With over 19 years of association with Verizon, she has played a significant role in Verizon India's growth journey as a strategic innovation center for Verizon's global business.

Mangala began her career with Verizon in 2005 and her journey has evolved alongside Verizon's advancements in telecommunications today. She has actively contributed to every aspect of evolution in telecommunications right from plain copper telephone line provisioning to building the networks for the 5G enablement.

With a diverse background spanning over 2 decades in both consumer business and network systems, Mangala has been part of several large scale network, business and platform transformation initiatives. With her deep passion for new technologies and product engineering, she has led business process automation with a keen focus on end-to-end automation, AHT and developing auto-healing capabilities among others that have enabled the organization to grow in an agile and financially disciplined way.

Mangala’s leadership philosophy centers on shared success and fostering a collaborative environment. She believes in taking people along and has spearheaded numerous employee enablement programs aimed at talent transformation. Her role as the lead task force for ‘Great Place To Work’ and her contributions as a ‘Super Crew Leader’ for Verizon’s marque women empowerment program, ‘Women of the World (WoW)’, reinforce her commitment to creating an inclusive and empowering workplace. Mangala is a fitness enthusiast and follows a rigorous health and wellness routine. She participates in marathons to ensure she prioritizes her overall wellbeing. When not busy outdoors, she enjoys playing Carnatic music instrument Veena and solving Sudoku challenges with her daughter.

Ananth heads the Digital Business Services GTM for North America and Europe.  Ananth came into HCL, 17 years ago, through an acquisition of a Silicon Valley-based middleware product firm. Since then, Ananth has been a founding member of our Digital Platforms practice. With his breadth of consulting experience, Ananth brings learning from a variety of industries that can add significant value to digital programs. Before his role in the US, Ananth headed HCL’s COE in India and was an Engineering manager developing products for Cisco and TIBCO. Ananth is a Computer Science engineer by education.

For over two decades, Vishal has been at the forefront of constructing enterprise-grade applications and data platforms for prominent healthcare payer organizations. He spearheaded the architecture and design of a colossal de-identified data repository, encompassing over 150 million lives and providing a 360-degree view of member, including claims and clinical data. This repository serves as a valuable resource for researchers striving to devise data-driven treatment paths to tackle complex diseases more effectively, enhancing quality while reducing costs.

Vishal has been an integral part of the Carelon Global solution for the past six years, during which he has insourced over 2000 technology roles. These roles span across various domains, including enterprise data analytics, utilization, disease and care management, call center technology, claims for commercial business, and pharmacy benefit management.

One of Vishal’s significant achievements during his tenure was increasing the auto adjudication rate of claims from approximately 88% to over 93% within three years. He is passionate about challenging the status quo and heads the automation council for Carelon India, which yields an annual business benefit of approximately $30 million.

Vishal also leads the technology council, where Centers of Excellence (CoE) for major tech products like Pega, Salesforce, RPA, Cloud, and many more converge. His leadership promotes internal talent development and the creation of reusable components that can be built once and utilized across various projects.

In his current role as senior director of technology, Vishal is leading the enterprise architecture and technology strategy practice with a focus on developing architectural patterns in AI, cloud, business processes, and more. He also spearheads the technology and application rationalization efforts. Furthermore, Vishal provides leadership to the whole health and provider advocacy platform teams, where the focus is on consolidating and modernizing call centers including intelligent IVRs, utilization and care management platforms across all Lines of Business (LOBs).
