[Narrator] The speaker is Naznine Tilak, vice president DEIB, Talent and Learning Pegasystems.
[Naznine Tilak] Our people's unique perspectives and their talents are Pega's greatest strength. We live the value of inclusion by fostering a workplace where every voice is heard and differences are celebrated. Our commitment to disability inclusion aims at breaking down barriers and creating an inclusive, dynamic environment where all individuals directly and meaningfully impact each other and the entire company. A few ways in which we strive for disability inclusion is through the Employee Resource Group for persons with disabilities. PwD@Pega is a safe community for members and its allies to share experiences, overcome challenges, and build solutions that profoundly impact our clients, partners, and our employees. Through collaboration with partners such as Disability:IN, we are continuously learning and adopting best practices in disability inclusion. And therefore, accessibility in physical and digital space is deeply ingrained in our people practices such as hiring, retention, and development, as well as in how we build our software. Inclusion and belonging are just not buzzwords for us. They are the core of our organization's culture and its values. We recognize and honor the unique contributions of each and every individual.
